Services
In AENUM we believe in results. All of our services are offered on a per project basis. Additionally, every service offered is billed based on KPIs, milestones, and deliverables as we believe that the time-value weighs on the service provider and not the client. Finally we offer "skin-in-the-game" provisions with all of our contracts. Whenever we are required to make an educated prediction about results or markets, we enumarate our confidence and stake part of our billed compensation proportional to our confidence interval to be returned to the customer in case of inaccuracy.

Whether it is a one-time off, or a repeat service, we offer consulting services for all of our sectors of interest. Whether it is advice on how to approach R&D for a new product, or design a production line to what are the real market competitors for your business; whatever your query might be, we are here to help.
Due diligence
We offer expert technical due diligence services to individuals or entities, for any project that falls under our sectors served. This service is aimed at verifying the validity of assumptions of a project, from the prices of raw materials, to the efficiency of production, cost of processing, final product pricing, and identification & impact of non-financial risk. Such details are obtained through extensive modelling of processes and through the creation of preliminary production plans and process flows. This service does not include financial due diligence of existing entities.
Guided R&D
Sometimes it makes more sense to outsource specific parts of research and development for your products. With our guided R&D service, you indicate the specific experiments or pilot productions you require and we undertake them for you at our own facilities with our own personel.
R&D
In addition to the standard service we offer complete research and development services, where you as a customer describe the product you wish you bring to market, and we design, test, and develop the product or process for you. This is an extensive process, and it is preceded by a technoeconomic analysis, as well as a feasibility study, to ensure that your time and money is not wasted aimlessly. Our structured approach is optimized to avoid sunk costs, to what we believe is the highest possible extent, making this service more profitable for our customers than in-house attempts.
Design and Implementation
In addition to all of our services we offer basic, and detailed engineering design plans for projects in the bioprocessing, agriculture, food & feed sectors.
